Legacy Hall
A captivating event space in the heart of the Mason County Research Center, where eight meticulously curated historical exhibits set the stage for your gathering. Legacy Hall is our largest rental space — ideal for corporate events, seminars, luncheons, and milestone celebrations.
Choose between theatre-style seating for up to 70 guests or round-table configurations of up to 45, fostering connection and conversation beneath the watchful stories of Mason County's most influential figures.
Houk Family Reading Room
An intimate and serene setting purpose-built for small, focused gatherings. The Houk Family Reading Room is ideal for board meetings, executive planning sessions, research consultations, and private company meetings where conversation and clarity matter most.
With a calming, scholarly atmosphere and full AV capabilities, this room offers everything a small group needs to convene productively — surrounded by the depth of Mason County's archival collections.
White Pine Chapel
Nestled on a hilltop within Historic White Pine Village, the White Pine Chapel is one of the most photographed and beloved small wedding venues in West Michigan. Featuring hand-crafted pews, a steeple donated by a local congregation, antique pump organs dating to the 1860s, and stained glass memorial windows gifted by Grace Episcopal Church — the chapel carries a spirit of place that no hotel ballroom can replicate.
Available for weddings, baptisms, memorial services, and outdoor ceremonies throughout the Village grounds. Receptions, rehearsals, and full-day packages available.
