You are required to make an appointment at least two weeks in advance. This gives us time to ensure that staff and/or volunteers are available to assist you, and for us to find and retrieve the relevant materials so they are ready for your visit. Appointments are subject to staff availability.

When making your appointment please provide detailed information on your research topic and requested materials. This will allow us to determine if we have the materials you are looking for, and so that we can have the materials ready for your visit. If there are any problems or need more information, we will contact you prior to your visit.

Appointments are made per individual, if you are requesting an appointment for more than one person it must be specified at the time of the appointment request.

On your first visit to the research library, you must fill out and sign a research library use agreement, stating that you understand and will comply with all rules and policies. You can review these rules and policies below.
